I am interested in serving as a { } head coach or an { } assistant coach.
I would like to be added to the W.C.Y.A.A. e-mail
database. My e-mail address is: _____________@ _______
I hereby give my child permission to
participate in the W.C.Y.A.A. sponsored sports/events. I also understand that
following W.C.Y.A.A. bylaws:
Article 1, Section 20: All coaches, players,
spectators, and umpires/referees who are involved in fighting, cursing,
communicating threats, or unsportsmanlike conduct will be dismissed from
coaching, umpiring, refereeing, or attending any sport event the W.C.Y.A.A.
promotes. Punishment could range from probation to indefinite suspension.
Article 1, Section 19: No player may switch to
another community unless his/her residence changes. Existing player changes are
grandfathered. Each player is tied to his/her elementary school district.
Players living within the Wilson City limits and not attending a county
elementary school are free to sign up at any of the six communities initially.
Once a player plays with one of the six communities, he/she is bound to that
particular community.
W.C.Y.A.A. Rule on ejections: If a player,
coach, or administrator, is ejected from a game, he/she must sit out the next
two games. If he/she is ejected a
second time, they must sit out the rest
of that particular season. The third ejection in a athletic year means that
person must sit out one whole athletic year. The W.C.Y.A.A. also includes fans
and parents to the ejection rule. ***A coach or fan/parents will not be allowed
at the game site during his/her suspension, but players will be allowed at the
game site but cannot practice with his/her team.
I understand the above bylaws of the
W.C.Y.A.A. and I agree to abide by these rules.
