WS Diary For July 24, 2004

Today was a long day in the WS process for 2004. I had a N.C.State Volleyball Clinic until 2:00PM so I missed a few games at Kenly. Kenly is hosting the 2004 E.N.C. State 14 year old Baseball Tourney with the winner coming to Wilson for the WS automatically while the runner-up goes to the S.E.R. with a chance to come back to Wilson.

I also received a call from old friend Sonny Groom. For those who attended the 2003 12U WS last year at Rock Ridge, Sonny was the task force member who worked the field. Sonny is from Texas and is a super individual. Sonny is the kind of person who you cannot dislike for any reason.
